Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 500 gms, cut into bite size pieces
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste– 1 tbsp
- Tomato 2 cut in to cubes
- Red bell pepper(capsicum ) 2
- Yellow bell peper(capsicum) 2
- Onion 2
- Roasted Cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted Coriander seed powder – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Cilantro – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Oil – to fry
Marinade:
Take a chicken in a pan wipe dry see that no moisture in it add ginger garlic paste, salt red chili, coriander pd, mathi dried pd garam masala extract moisture from the yogurt put less masala so that they do not get burned ,food color ,mixed even put red and yellow capsicum tomato and cut onion in to cubes and mix in this chicken now only.
Method:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients Add chicken pieces and toss well to cover. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Thread 4-5 pieces of chicken onto each skewer put two piece of chicken one piece of onion then red capsicum and yellow capsicum and grill on medium heat, if using a Stove top grill pan for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently and basting with oil.
Once done, remove the chicken skewers from the pan and place in a platter. let rest for 2-3 minutes once off the heat. Remove the chicken from the skewers and serve on a bed of raw sliced onions red capsicum, yellow capsicum with lemon wedges and sprinkle chat masala.
