Ingredients

  • 500 grams Basmati Rice
  • 1 tsp biryani masala pdr
  • 1 tsp black cumin
  • 6 tsp Clarified Butter
  • 8  boiled Eggs
  • 1  fried onion
  • 1 tsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 number Green Chillies
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 large Onions
  • 2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 10 number whole garam masala

Method
Wash and soak rice for at least ½ hour.

Shell the boiled eggs and give four long cuts on the white portion of each egg without separating it.

In a kadai  take oil. And spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste ,green chillies ,mint coriander ,biryani masala and curd and cook

In the same masala measure 1 1/2 times the amount water to rice and bring it to boil

add soaked rice and mix well and cook covered till rice is done

add. then add red chilli powder, salt and eggs,beans and fry until the eggs get coated with the spices. Remove the eggs and set aside.

When the air appear from the rice surface, reduce the stove heat to low. Cook until all of the water has absorbed and the rice is tender.

top rice with boiled eggs coriander and mint leaves and serve it hot.
