QUBOOLI or chana dall Biryani


Qubooli channa lentil Biryani  which made in moharram on 9 or 10th day of moharam
250gm chana dal
250gm yogurt
2 tps Gram masala
 6   Black pepper
4 cloves
4 cinnamon
4 dalchini sticks
Method

Method                                                                                                                                              In a qubooli biryani, the  dall is  marinating time is shorter with yogurt all gram masala, and the dall  is cooked before being layered with the rice and cooked in a dough-sealed vessel. In dall Aqni (with cooked gravy), the ingredients are already cooked before baking.
A biryani is accompanied with Dahi chatni  (yogurt and onions); Mirchi ka salan  - a green chilli curry. It may also be accompanied by Bagare Baingan (Roasted Eggplant). The salad  includes onion cucumber carrot , and lemon wedges .
