Take a non stick pan put over night soaked almonds paste and fry till golden brown then put sugar, cardamon, kaser, then take a another vassal put the milk which u are boiling and decreased it into half this milk on low flame by constantly staring now it becomes lightly thick add this milk into almonds sugar and safron just a pinch and stair well,
garnish with chopped almonds kaju and
Serve after cold.

- 1 cups Almonds
- 3 tsp ghee
- 4 tsp sugar or as per ur taste u put 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lt milk
- 3 cardamom
- pinch of safron
