Method
Take chicken in a bowl and put ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli pd, turmeric pd, garam masala, corn flour,maida and egg ,mix it and keep a side, now heat oil in a pan on medium flame and deep fry chicken till golden brown, take out from oil and now keep another pan on stove put in it 2 tsp oil, add zeera mustered green chili chopped curry leaves now in this add curd, red chilli, maida mixed paste saute and add chicken into it fry till it is dry, sprinkle some coriander leaves give a last toss and serve hot.
- 500 gm of boneless chicken
- 2 tsp red chilli
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustered seed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 maida
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 4 green chilli
- coriander leaves chopped
- Curry leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- oil to fry
