Ingredients
In a pan heat oil and add whole spices and onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste turmeric red chillies powder and saute for few min,. add chillies masala with tomatoes cook well till oil separates from mixture. Add chicken and salt and cook for 2 min add water and coconut paste and cook well till the chicken is done and the gravy is thick. mix coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut rice or steamed rice or even roti.
- 500gm chicken
- 2 onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 4 green chillies
- 2 tsp red chilli pd
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin pd
- 2 tsp curry pd
- 1 bunch of chopped coriander and mint leaves
- 1/2 coconut paste
- Salt to taste
