Take a pan roast all the spices and grind them
then take another pan put 3 tsp of oil put onion sliced saute it put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, salt then add chicken which is marinated in the dry spices then fry till golden and put the remaining dry spices now to cook, put 1 cup of water to the chicken then cook it for 5 min till all the ingredients are cooked
and garnish with coriander and mint leaves chopped.and serve hot.
In this curry i did not add yogurt only spices,if u want add 1 lime juice before serving.
- 1 kg chicken with bones
- 2 medium onion sliced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut pd
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric pd
- 2 tsp red chilli
- 8 Black pepper
- 4 green cardamom
- 4 cloves
- 2 black cardamom
- 1 stick of Cinnamon
- bunch of coriander and mint leaves curry leaves
- 3 tsp oil
