Take a cooker with 2 tsp oil fry onion slightly light brown,put ginger garlic saute this add to garam masala for that roast coriander, cumin, dalchini, bay leaves make powder add to turmeric and red chilli with onion which is frying in cooker and add salt to chicken with all masala with dry spices with 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of yogurt, let it cook for 10 min into soft then add 3 cups of water bring it to a boil.put little more coriander and mint leaves, serve hot this curry with steamed rice, or roti.See the ingredients and cook each curry taste different with different masalas.Enjoy it
- 500 gm chicken
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp coriander seeds

- 15 pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp red chili
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 sticks of dalchini
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cardamom
- 6 cloves

- 2 onions sliced
