Method
Clean the chicken in water, cut into medium size pieces
mix with yogurt,ginger garlic paste poppy seeds paste chillies and onion paste,
some cilantro chopped,1 tsp lemon juice and salt to chicken and coat well. keep it aside till 2 hours for marination.
keep the wooden skewers into water for 1/2 hour.
Thread the chicken pieces into skewers and place into the non stick pan on medium heat then
low heat and fry it with one inch butter or oil,lightly brush oil on top till chicken becomes tender roll the skewers on pan till the chicken become golden color,
remove carefully from skewer and sprinkle some lemon juice and chaat masala
and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
- 500 gm chicken boneless and skinless

- 4 green chili
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 tsp yogurt
