Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • 500 gm of chicken boneless in small pieces 
  • 2 tsp gram flour 
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tsp red chilli
  • 2 green cardamom 
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • 1tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Method

                     Two type of marination needed first take chicken red chilli ginger garlic paste, salt to taste keep a side second bowl take yogurt red chilli put oil in pan and heat oil and fry gram flour till brown and add to yogurt, add mustered oil 3 tsp lime juice into the marinate now mix chicken which is marinated wait for 2 hour and soak the wooden skewers and put the chicken pieces into the skewers and heat a firing pan grease butter the chicken little with butter or put little oil on pan and well cooked for chicken till both the sides golden brown and serve the chicken hot.U can cook it in a oven or fry.
