Take a bowl mix basen ginger garlic paste, chana daal, chopped onion, red chilli,turmeric,salt zeera green chilli,put just little water a pinch of eating soda 1 tsp oil, mix all and make small balls and
deep fry in oil in low flame till golden brown
,take out from oil and
put in dahi ke kadi,
when ever i make dahi ke kadi
i put at least 15 pakoras in it.
Serve with steamed rice or chapati
- 1 Cup basen or gram flour
- 1tsp soaked chana dal
- 1/2 ginger garlic paste
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- Oil to fry
