Method
Take a pan and fry bread with is dried whole night in the ghee till golden brown and keep aside,
First make sugar syrup,take a pan and put sugar and 1 cup of water kaser and elachi pd stair sugar till its liquid, now fry bread in very slow flame till golden brown, take out bread from ghee and put bread in one vassal in that u have milk, let bread soak in milk so all the bread is fried and add in milk now the bread is soft add sugar syrup now cook all the milk syrup and bread all in one vassal till dry,fry all dry fruits and put on top of sweet, now double ka meetha sweet is done.Have it hot or cold it is delicious enjoy it.
- 1 pond bread dried over night or 2 hours before cooking
- Ghee to fry bread
- 1/4 kg sugar or as for ur taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup rasens or kishmish
- 1/4 cup of chopped kaju
- 1 lt milk
- 5 to 6 elachi
- Kesar mixed with milk
