Ingredients
Heat 2 tsp oil and add onion, curry leaves and red chilli ginger garlic paste, turmeric and add fish and stair just 5 min both sides in oil fry lightly then take out the fish.
Add ground masala, coconut paste, cumin pd, coriander pd.
Add water and salt and tamerand pulp stir.
Add fish and tomatoes and cook.
Stair till the gravy attains medium thickness
Add curry and coriander leaves.
serve fish curry with steaming rice or chapatti.
- 1 kg fish slices
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
