Ingredients
Mix all ingredients and coat fish well.
Marinate the fish for 1 hour
Heat oil and shallow fry the fish on slow flame
till the slices are golden brown. Take out from oil and serve hot with chat masala.
- 1 kg fish slices
- 2 tsp chili pd
- 1 ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 turmeric pd
- 1tsp tamarind pulp
- salt to taste
