Take a bowl and put turmeric pd ginger garlic paste salt red chili mix all put fish and cover it with all this powders then now put 1/2 tsp garam masala and keep for half a hour and shallow fry on low heat or light high flame so that fish become crisper golden brown. Serve hot with chapati.

- 1 kg fish slices washed nicely with salt and water
