Fish Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fish
  • 4 cloves 4 cardamom
  • 2 red chilli
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 1 tamerand pulp
  • 1 ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion paste
  • Salt to taste


Method:

     Wash the fish rub fish with turmeric pd salt,then take a pan with oil put  fish lightly fry on both part then remove from oil put it in a plate, in same pan put in cardamom,clove and bay leaves now put onion paste saute it  ,ginger garlic,red chilli fry the then put fish and 1 tsp tame rand pulp stair carefully so that pieces of fish do not break now add 2 cups of water now cook it to for 10 min uncover to thicken it as u want the grave.now serve it with rice or chapati.In this curry only onion paste.
