Take a nonstick pan and put 3 tsp of oil and put 2 bay leaves 3 cardamom 4 cloves add chopped onion pinch of salt saute ginger garlic paste, then tomato paste, red chilli, turmeric,salt ,now add coriander, cumin seeds, pepper all roast and grind fry till masala leave corners and now adding chicken to the grave green chilli chopped and stare if u want add 1 cups of water and put a lid and cook for 30 min after that it is cooked because it has to be dry do not put much water put coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tsp red chilli
