Egg Kofta

  • 500 gm Keema(mince meat)
  • 6-8 piece almonds
  • 1 tsp chilli Red  pd 3 number chopped gr chilli (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coriander pd
  • 11/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 10 eggs boiled
  • 3 piece garam masala whole
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  •  2 number onions1 to taste salt
  • 2 number tomatoes
  • 1 pinch turmeric
Method

                   Boil and peel eggs,  first u make kheema mix spices to mince meat coat eggs with mincemeat as you heat oil in a pan and whole garam masala ,cumin fry and keep aside , for curry you fry onions till golden brown add turmeric , ginger garlic paste , and cook till raw smell in gone,add cumin,coriander ,chilli pd add tomato and almond paste and cook till oil ozzes, out add water and cook covered -check seasoning add chilli ,and slip in koftas finish off with chopped coriander leaves serve hot with rice , chapati,naan
