Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp red chilli pd
- 150 ml Corn Oil
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 10 number lamb chops
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch maida to taste
- Salt
- 1/4 Turmeric pd
- Directions
For Lamb chops first need to marinate them.
Take a bowl add curd,red chilli powder,pepper,salt,vinegar,sugar,corianderer powder,coriander leaves,lime,flour and mix well.
Now add this mixture to lamb chops and mix well.
Take a non stick pan add oil to it then add the marinated chops into the pan evenly and cook for 5 min and turn over and close with a lid cook in very low flame for at lest 20 -30 min keep turning in between.
