Namakpara

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 1/2  baking soda
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

Method

             Take a vassal in it put flour, maida, baking soda salt and rub ghee in flour and mix well now add ghee,ajwain  and 1/4 cup of milk or water ,then flatten the dough on dusted flour
roll it with ballen and cut into diamond shape and deep fry then in oil, and
serve hot with chaal masala .
