Take keema in a vessel and mix all ingredients in grinder chana dal onion,ginger garlic ,garam masala,salt, red chili coriander cumin seeds green chili turmeric make it into a dough, now for kofta take a ball of meat same size of boiled egg keep it in between keema and rap it nicely dip it in beaten egg then dip it into bread scrums the fry in deep fry after cooling cup them into 2 .if u don't want eggs then flatten the kofta like shamee and fry them too come out nice serve hot.
For gravy take a non stick pan and fry onion into golden brown then add red chili, turmeric, salt ginger garlic paste, saute then add garam masala poppy seeds 1/2 cup yogurt, almonds cumin coriander paste into it and put 1/2 cup water to make gravy. then put fried koftas into the curry and serve with coriander and mint leaves hot.
- 1 kg keema
- ½ cup chana dal
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 small onion
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp poppy seed or cashew
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 25 almonds roasted
- Salt to taste
- 10 boiled eggs
