Quick Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken boneless
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1/4 traumatic
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chilli
  • Coriander and mint leaves
  • 3 tsp oil to fry 
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander pd
  • 1/2 tsp zeera pd
  • 1 tsp gram masala  powder
  • 3 boiled eggs 
  • 2 tsp milk
Method
             Take a non stick pan with lid put in 3 tsp oil ,bay leaves, 1/2 tsp zeera powder, Coriander powder cloves,cardamom then chopped onion,ginger garlic paste do not let onion to burn add red chili, turmeric pd put chopped tomatoes, zeera pd coriander pd,1 cup yogurt,stir it add fried onion, from other vessel ,
now add cooked rice put 1 tsp garam masala, coriander and mint chopped leaves and
 little more fried onion,
 add milk in kaser and put on top of biryani now put lid on pan cook for
5 min and wait for some time for dum at least 10 min don't open lid soon after cooking leave it for some time.
take out in one plate by mixing it from bottom or u can topple the pan on plate so that chicken which is in bottom comes on top
,then for garnishing add boiled eggs cut into 1/4 pieces or half piece slice put on top of biryani some fried onions and garam masala powder sprinkle and some more coriander and mint leaves.
This also a type of Biryani with coriander powder and zeera powder spicy with little red chilli more  only.Every time new type of taste we get.
 So Serve hot and enjoy quick biryani
