Urad Dal

  • 1 cup skinless urad dal
  •  pinch of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chili
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
Method  

               Take a non stick pan put oil, fry onion slices, ginger garlic paste,red chilli, turmeric,salt the urad dal washed and mix nicely fry for 2 min and put 1 cup of water, for daal to cook into half soft like we cook rice, khadi dal,garnish with coriander leaves.
