- Make 12 pieces
- 4 firm white bread
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of asafetida (hing)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 finely chopped green chilly
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (green coriander)
- 3/4 cup water
- Oil to fry
Take a bowl and make a batter first by mixing besan, rice flour, salt, cumin seeds, green chili chopped ,cilantro chopped with 3/4 cup of water ,now dip the bread which is cut by edges and fry in deep fry, Let it fry for 10 min on slow flame in golden brown. keep turning till down.Serve it hot with tomato katchup. .
