- 500 gm of chicken with bone
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 6 green chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 red chilli
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp mustered seeds
- 2 tsp of gritted ginger garlic paste
- 2 coriander pd
- 1 tsp cumin pd
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
In a non stick pan add oil cardamom,cloves bay leaves cinnamon add onion saute it add turmeric 6 green chilli paste salt ginger garlic paste, chicken to it and let it cook till tender.
add coriander pd coconut pd and yogurt and stair it now put coriander and mint leaves
and if u want put 2 tsp of lemon juice and serve hot.
With steaming rice or roti. Every time we get different taste.
