Dum Ka Gosht

  • 1 kg mutton
  • 100 gm Almonds
  • 200 gm cashew nuts 100 gm chironji 
  • 50 gm black pepper
  • 2 springs of coriander and mint leaves
  • 20 gm green chili
  • 250 gm curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 gm Ghee
  • Fresh lemon juice
Method:
                       
First roast badam cashew nuts chironji and grind them.Roast garam masala consisting of shazeera green cardamom and cinnamon.Add the gram masala paste almonds and other nuts to mutton along salt,curd add cloves black pepper.Mix well keep aside for 15 min.
                        
Add hot ghee in a pressure cooker or in copper utensil,add marinated mutton and keep it covered.Cook for 15 min.The mutton must become soft and spices should become dry and not gravy.Remove it from cooker garnish with lime juice coriander and mint leaves.Serve with Naan,paratha or shreemal.
