Hyderabadi Mutton Curry

Ingredients
  • 750 gm Mutton half inch pieces on bone
  • 5 tsp oil
  • 5 cloves
  • 4 onions chopped
  • 3 cardamon
  • 1 stick cinnamon 
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander seed
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Bunch of coriander and mint leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut paste
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp pepper crushed
Method
Heat oil in a pressure pan add bay leaves cardamom cloves saute then add onion saute it, add ginger garlic paste and add mutton and saute for few min on high flame.add turmeric, red chilli ,salt, yogurt stair constantly add coriander pd,and green chilli stir on medium flame.
Add 5 cups of water pressure cook for 6 whistles, open the lid when pressure  is reduced completely,then add coconut and poppy seeds coriander paste which is roasted in a pan,coriander,  mint leaves garam masala,cook for 5 min and Serve with roti.
