Mutton Biryani Quick and Easy

Ingredients
  • 1 kg mutton
  • 500 gm Basmati rice 
  • 10 cloves
  • 10cardamom
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 red chilli
  • 2 onion fried into golden brown
  • Coriander and mint leaves 
  • salt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlis paste
  • pinch turmeric 
Method

                     keep water to boil,put shazeera cloves cardamom  salt , next make marination to mutton for half or one hour,pressure cooker put all ingredients cook for 8 whistles  in boiling water take out rice which is 3/4 cooked from water by 3/4 done now put rice on mutton layer by layer put golden  brown onion,two times coriander and mint leaves when the water is dried in pressure cooker then put golden onion coriander mint leaves and garam masala on top and give briyani finial touch by putting ghee and keep for 5 min on low flame then serve the briyani. when slow smell comes out from vessel.Just put mutton over rice then finish. quick briyani.
