Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton 1 inch squire
- 5 tsp oil
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 cloves 2 bay leaves
- 4 green cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Coriander pd
- 2 1/2 tsp red chilli pd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- Coriander and mint leaves
- 2 Potatoes 1/2 inch
- Tomatoes 1/2 inch chopped into squire or Curd
- 4 green chilli
- 2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Method
- Take a pressure cooker,put 2bay leaves 4 cloves 4green cardamon 1black cardamom 1cinnamon put onion finely chopped make it golden brown add ginger garlic paste,lower the heat, coriander pd, red chilli pd,salt,add mutton must be nicely washed,now make heat high,when the mutton half soft see when mutton is tender only add potato, if u want curd then do not take tomato,so mix all nice and add water 2 cups put lid and cook for 6 whistles, now we have to add garam masala pd and coriander and mint leaves put on top.Take fresh mutton it becomes tender soon.now the curry is ready.
