Mutton Korma Mughlai Dish

Ingredients
  • 250 kg mutton 
  • 3 tsp oil 
  • 2 large onion chopped
  •  2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 cloves 
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 black cardamom 
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp Coriander pd
  • 2 1/2 tsp red chilli pd
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Coriander and mint leaves
  •  1 tsp Coconut pd
  •   1 cup Curd 
  • 4 green chilli
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  •  Salt to taste
  • Method
  • Take a pressure pan put oil bay leaves ,cardamom, cinnamon,cloves,put half chopped onion saute, it till golden brown on low flame add mutton,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,add now grind half of onion and coconut powder put water in red chilli and add to curry saute it, 1 tsp salt and water 2 cups to the mutton then put lid to pan to make mutton  tender and soft, pressure cook  for 6 whistles on high flame, take out lid and add coriander pd,beaten sour curd,then cook for 5 min,then add coriander and mint leaves add garam masala.cook for 5 min close the flame and serve hot with Rice or Roti.
  • U can add roasted 1 tsp poppy seeds ( kash kash)paste and 1 tsp chronji  and 2 tsp kaju to this curry but do not leave stove to burn the curry.Stand by and cook carefully till it is done.Close the flame when it is done.I like whole spices in curry.If u want can grind it in onion,the cardamom,cloves cinnaman.
