Mutton Korma

Ingredients:
 1  kg Mutton 1 inch pieces
1ts salt,
2 ts chilli powder,
1ts coriander powder,
 ½ ts turmeric powder
 ½ ts cumin seeds.
 3/4th cup yogurt,
1 dried date/chohara,
 ½ ts whole black pepper,
 11 green cardamoms,
 2 inches cinnamon,
 2 black cardamoms,
 3 bay leaves,
 6 cloves,
 pinch of saffron,
13 almonds (Optional).
 2 medium-large sz onions,
1 whole garlic,
 1 ½ inch ginger,
  Method
Take a pressure cooker and put washed mutton ginger garlic paste curd, salt , turmeric, red chilli, bay leaves cinnamon stick, black cardamoms, green cardamoms cloves almonds all the ingredients in cooker ,put lid and give 6 whistles and then  take out lid and add golden brown fried onion, put 1 cup of water for gravy then cook for some time.Add coriander and mint leaves and serve with naan and roti.

Please note onions look darker in the film then they actually are. Remove them when they are caramel color or golden brown.
