Pather Ka Goash

  • 500 gm of  mutton
  • 100 ghee
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  •  1 tsp red chili 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cloves powder
  • 1tsp phatter ka phool we get in market.
  • 1 tsp papaya grind-ed 
Method

      Cut the mutton into flat pieces add papaya ginger garlic paste salt, wait for 1/2 hour.
For second marination add  turmeric, red chilli,  pather ke phool powder, clove powder, ghee 100 gm,
 mix it well,wait and keep for 1/2 hour, then take non stick pan and put one one pieces on the pan and fry on low flame constantly turning don't let it burn fry it and serve with hot roti.
