Quick Biryani Mutton

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Mutton
  • 250 gm Basmati Rice boiled
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 green cardamon
  • 2 tsp gram masala pd
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 2 tsp red chilli 
  • 1 cup curd,
  • 2 tsp coriander pd
  • coriander and mint leaves chopped
  • dissolved saffron strands in milk , then add ghee
  • 2 onion chopped and fried into golden brown
Method
Take a pressure cooker put Mutton, turmeric, red chilli, curd, coriander pd, ginger garlic paste,cloves, cardamon,3 tsp oil add cook mutton for 6 whistles on high flame,when the mutton is soft then take boil rice which is 3/4 cooked on high flame,then take out rice from water and put in cooker in which mutton is cooked put rice on top of mutton or  put rice below the mutton, put fried golden brown onion,dissolved saffron strands in milk , then add ghee, coriander and mint leaves and put garam masala  and put on low flame for 5 min. then serve hot.
