Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces (2 lbs / 907 g) Beefsteak
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 2 oz (57 g) Tamarind (or 2 Tbsp Tamarind Paste)
- Paprika,
- Ground Chili Pepper
Preparations:
1- Dissolve 2 ounces of tamarind in 1/4 cup of boiling water, stir until thoroughly dissolved.
2- Pass the mixture through a strainer.
3-3 tsp Soy Sauce
4-2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
5-1/2 tsp Salt
6-3 finely chopped garlic
7-2tsp dijon mustard
8-1 tsp Honey
9-Paprika,
10-Ground Chili Pepper

Method
Take a bowl put chopped garlic, Mustered,olive oil or any oil,Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce,mix the constants put paprika,ground chilli pepper and salt,honey and mix add tamarind and mix in bowl then put beef cut pieces and marinate for 8 hours
Take out from marination and put on grill or in non stick firing pan.fry on both sides till golden brown Cut into thin strip and serve.
