- 750 gm Mutton half inch pieces on bone
- 5 tsp oil
- 4 onions
- 5 cloves
- 3 cardamon
- 2 tsp coriander pd
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin pd
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp red chilli
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2red curry paste
- Bunch of coriander and mint leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tomato chopped
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp pepper crushed
Method
eat
oil in a pressure cooker, add green cardamoms, black cardamoms, cloves,
bay leaves and cinnamon and sauté for half a minute. Add onions and
sauté till golden brown.Add mutton and sauté on high heat for five
minutes. Add garlic paste and sauté for two minutes. - See more at:

Heat oil in a pressure pan add bay leaves cardamom cloves saute then add onion saute it add ginger garlic paste and add mutton and saute for few min on high flame.add turmeric, red chilli ,salt, yogurt stair constantly add coriander pd, tomato,and green chilli stir.
Add 5 cups of water pressure cook for 6 whistles, open the lid when pressure is reduced completely,then add curry paste coriander, mint leaves garam masala,cook for few min and Serve with roti.
