Alloo Chaat

Ingredients
  • 4 tsp masala chaana daal
  • 1 1/4 cup of boiled and peeled baby potatoes
  • 4 tsp sav
  • 4 tsp mung sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 2 tsp sweet chutney
  • 2 tsp garlic chutney
  • 4 tsp green chutney
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh dahi

For marination of potatoes
Combine potatoes, oil,salt,coriander pd, cumin seed pd, dry mango pd, red chilli,basen and coriander leaves and mix well
Add potatoes half and marinate and keep for 7 min,potatoes,
Heat remain oil in non stick pan and fry potatoes mix well and cook for 4 min on low flame will staring occasionally and keep aside.

How to mix
Take  half potatoes in a plate put 1/4 cup of curd, 2tsp green chutney, 1 tsp garlic chutney,1 tsp sweet chutney.
Repeat the steps and mix more plates as u need.
 Sprinkle 1 tsp cumin pd ,mung dall sprouts ,red chilli,2 tsp masala chaana,2 tsp sav,
 Serve repeatedly in more plates by garnishing with coriander pd.
