Cake with out oven

Ingredients

• 1 cup maida
• 3/4 sugar
• 2 eggs 
• 2 drops of vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 tsp baking powder

Method 
Take sugar in grinder make it powder,add maida,baking pd, eggs, oil, essence, mix in grinder well put tawa on stove put sand on it on low flame then put this mixture into oiled vessel and put maida mixture into it and put lid and keep on tawa for 1 hour.Then nice smell well come out from vessel the sponge cake is ready.U can add kaju,walnuts, raisin
