Method
Mix all the masala and add chicken and mix well so that chicken is mixed with masalas,
then deep fry the chicken,till golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onions chopped, salt, cook this onions are slightly colored, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cook this ginger garlic raw flavor is gone, then add chicken pieces, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mix it well and add tomato puree saute
serve hot.
- 500 gm of boneless Chicken
- 2 tsp red chilli
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 4 green chilli paste
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp maida flour
- 1 tsp curd
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of red color
