Take a bowl and marinate the chicken by putting salt,, cornflour,black pepper,egg,ginger garlic paste, then mix all the ingredients and keep for 2 hours now take a fry pan put on stove and put oil in pan and deep fry the chicken till golden brown take out from pan and keep aside.
Then make gravy by again take a pan put garlic grated till golden brown then add ketchup red chilli mix with vinegar, then add water 2 cup,then when u boil little put chicken, salt, sugar,cook for medium heat for 2 min.
Add green capsicum and onion, cook for 1 min on full heat. then let onion and capsicum be little row,take out in a plate and serve hot.
- 1kg boneless chicken.
- 2 tsp cornflour

- 2 green capsicum squire cut
- 4 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
