Ingredents
Heat the oil in a vessel and add the chopped onions,fry the onions and add ginger garlic paste .Stir fry until onion turn reddish brown in color.Add red chilli pd turmeric,salt, meat. saute for few min add tomato,now pour water and cook mutton till soft.You can also cook in pressure cooker and give 4 whistles.
Cook chana daal till soft smash the dal and add tamarend juice and set aside add corinder pd and garam masala ,shahizeera, elachi,cinnamon,and bring to boil.
Mix the chana daal curry leaves coriander leaves, with meat and cook for another 5 min.Serve with Rice.
- 1 kg chana dal
- 700 gm mutton with bones
- 10 gm shazeera
- 10 gm elaichi
- 5 cloves
- 10 gm cinnamon
- 20 gm saffron
- 20 gm Red chilli
- 20 gm coriander pd
- 100 gm onion
- 100 gm tamarind
- 1/2 kg tomato
- 2 springs coriander, green chilli, curry leaves.
- Salt for taste
