Fired Chicken Biryani

ThumbnailThis biryani is slightly different from the usual method,the chicken is first fried and them added to the masala. it was a Trivandrum style biryani,but the frying took the  flavor and taste to a new level. simple easy and quick recipes.
Take chicken in a bowl marinate  it with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp salt., turmeric,1 tsp garam masala,  1 tsp coriander pd,1/2 tsp zeera pd, curd 1cup,2 tsp lemon juice,8 cardamom, 10cloves, 2 bay leaves coriander and mint leaves.
First fry the 1 kg chicken in kadai and keep it aside

Method

Take a handi put 4 tsp oil  whole garam masala like cardamom cloves Cinnamon stick black pepper,then put onion 1 cup fry it till lightly golden brown,add turmeric, salt ,red chilli, tomatoes, coriander pd, 5 green chilli slit,curd,coriander and mint chopped 2 cup of water, then add chicken,then on top of this put good quality boiled 3/4 cooked rice.add 2tsp  juice of lemon,put fried golden onion,saffron mixed with milk, then little more coriander and mint leaves.close the handi with lid and keep tawa on stove and keep for another 5 min on low flame.serve hot with raita.
