Fish Biryani

Fish biryani is made of fish of your choice marinated with spices, fresh herbs and cooked with rice into a luxurious biryani. Fish biryani is an awesome Biryani dish in a world where Biryani's are mostly associated with either Lamb or chicken.
Ingredients




3 tsp biryani masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 cup curd
1 springs dill leaf(soya leaves)
  Dry garam masalas
2 lbs fish
1 cup fried onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2   green chillies
1  lime
2 bunch mint leaves chopped
250 grams rice
as per taste salt
pinch turmeric powder
as needed water

 Method

• first take fish pieces.
• Next marinate the fish, add Chilli powder, turmeric,oil, lime juice, salt, biryani masala mix well and keep aside for 30 min.
• In a pan add little oil and cook the marinated fish fry it and keep aside.
• In the same pan add curd, biryani masala 2 min leaves, coriander leaves, dill leaf, ginger garlic paste, lime juice,green chillies, salt,fried onions half, mix well and add half of the mixture to the cooked fish.
• Now boil the Rice, half cooked rice.
• Now in the masala pan put little rice water now add the half cooked rice spread evenly add color, onions, then spread the Fish pieces and masala,fried onion coriander leaves •
Cook for 20 min by closing the lid in very slow flame.
