National dish of Italy Pasta
Take maida, salt 3 eggs olive oil and make dough,
Dough make rest it for 20 min now roll it into chapati, into square ,then boil water put salt in water and cook chapati few min in hot water then take out in cold water and keep a side,In other pan put 3 tsp onion chopped then put garlic grated and put in onion till golden brown, then add 2 chopped finely tomatoes, 1/2 cup of tomato puree,salt to taste, red chilli,sugar 1 tsp, now take another pan put 1 tsp oil 1tsp butter and put broccoli salt and cook,saute it lightly.
Now take serving pan spread tomato sauce then put pasta, then broccoli,grated cheese,
then take other pan put 1 tsp spinach chopped salt to taste and cook on low flame
,now put tomato sauce on pasta then put spinach then fresh mozzarella cheese spared on pasta by making it into small pieces then put basil leaves into paste chopped again
we put lasagna sheets now put 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top of lasagna and grated 50 gm cheese now put 1 tsp red chillies crushed put on stove with high flame for 2 min then slow flame for 15 min.by cover lid on pan.Then keep lid like that only till u are ready to eat serve hot.
- 400 gm Maida

- 100 gm fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup of Basil leaves
- 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste
