Ingredients
Take a bowl mash potatoes put green chilli, chopped red chilli, salt, coriander pd, hing, souf mix nicely and keep a side now make batter of basen and wait for 10 min.
Take bowl put basen, salt, red chilli, mix and put little water and make thick batter of big green chilli to dip.
Now take green chilli slit and take out seeds of chilli,
fill chilli with potatoes mixture.and keep it a side then deep fry the chilli into batter of basen then into kadai, till golden brown.then take out into a plate,if u want u can cut and serve or the whole green chilli vada is ready.Serve it with green chilli chutney.
- 4 Potatoes mashed
- 10 Big green chilli slit and take out seed
- 2 tsp amchor pd
- 1 cup basen
- 2 green chilli
- 2 tsp coriander pd
- 2 tsp red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp souf
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Pinch of Hing
- water to mix
