Traditionally shami kebabs are made using spices minced meat and
chickpeas and are cooked in both India and Pakistan.Shammi kababs is a
small pan fried patties that is made with minced meat, added to spices
like cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, stuffed with onion and coriander,
rolled into thick patties, dipped in egg and fried in ghee (clarified
butter) to create a meal that is exquisite

Method
● Take a pressure cooker add little oil, jeera, onion cook till golden brown colour, then add ginger garlic paste,turmeric, green chillies, mint, mix well then add mutton boneless.
● Cook till mutton is tender.
● Now take the cooked mutton in a plate, add red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, boiled channa dal mix well.
● Now grind mutton and dal mixture.
● Transfer from grinder to a plate and add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves mix well.
● In another plate take boiled egg cut into small pieces,onions chopped, add pinch of red chilli powder salt mix well.
● Now divide the mutton mixture into equal portions and egg mixture into equal portion.
● Egg mixture can be used as stuffing.

- 100 grams Channa daal
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic
- 3 green chillies
- 500 grams Lamb
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup onions
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp zeera
