Chicken pieces nicely coated with ginger garlic, pepper pd, vinegar, red chilli pd and dusted with some corn starch and all-purpose flour to make it crispy is truly a great dish.

Ingredients

500 kg Chicken
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp pepper
2 green chilli
2 tsp red chilli
1 tsp kashmeri paste
1 tsp maida or corn starch
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp finely chopped curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp coriander and mint leaves chopped
oil to deep fry

Method

take a kadai with oil in it put chicken which is marinated put it in hot oil and fry it into golden brown color and take out from oil garnish with coriander, mint leaves curry leaves and green chilli fried.
