Chicken Kali mirch

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1/2 cup of curd
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander pd
  • 1 tsp cumin pd
  • 1/2 cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustered seeds
  • 3 tsp oil

Method
Mix chicken for marination with 1/2 cup curd,1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp turmeric,2 tsp pepper, and keep for half hour,
Take 3 tsp of oil in a pan and fry 3 green chilli with slit in it, then take out the green chilli from oil in this same oil put 1/2 cumin seeds 1 tsp of mustered seeds add curry leaves, grated garlic and ginger saute in medium heat,now add1tsp coriander,1 tsp cumin and turmeric pd,saute it and add marinated chicken mixing thoroughly cook for high flame for 20 min,add 1 cup of water and cover it with lid.Till it becomes dry, again add 2 spoon of black pepper,and coriander, fried green chilli, mint leaves.So enjoy with roti or naan or rice if u keep it little lose gravy.
