This is a fast and easy recipe to make on a busy night. We especially
like the crunch of the bread crumbs.and the mashed potato mixed with
some chopped vegetables and spices then crumbed and deep fried and serve
hot with dipping.
Take a bowl add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilly flakes, chopped coriander, curry powder, salt, boiled potato mashed, egg, mix it well, add chicken cutlet mixture (left over), bread crumbs, mix this well and divide the mixture into equal portions, make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all purpose flour
+ Salt + pepper powder), dip it in the egg, then coat with the bread crumb and deep fry them.
Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.
- Chicken left over 250g
- Onion chopped 1
- Chilly flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander chopped 1 bunch
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Potato 250 g
- Egg 2
- Garlic chopped ½ tsp

- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oil for deep fry
