Khasta Kachori

INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 Kachori

  • 1 cup all purpose flour(mada or plain flour)
  • 1/2  cup of cold water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
  • 1  tsp coarsely grinds funnel seed
  • 1 tsp coarsely grinds coriander seed
  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • Pinch of asafetida (hing)
  • 1/2 tsp salt or adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp water
  • Oil to deep fry
Method
Take a bowl and put maida oil and salt and make a dough keep it a side,
Take a pan and then take mung dal salt red chilli coriander pd funnel seeds ginger pd asafetida and roast the moong dal then put little water and keep it a side for filling
 then take dough make 12 balls and fill the dal mixture in between the balls and flatting just little and deep fry golden brown.
