Mushroom korma Mushrooms flavored with whole spices and cooked with a
nutty yoghurt based gravy and this is a vegetarian option for the
various non vegetarian dishes
Ingredients
Slice mushroom and boil them in hot water for 2 min and keep them aside. Next boil onions in water till they are soft, then make a paste of boiled onion, ginger, garlic and cashew nuts. Now heat some oil in a pan add to whole garam masala(cinnamon, big and small cardamom, clove, bay leaves, mace when add to it the above prepared onion paste, salt,fry it for few minute still lite brown then add to it red chilli pd, chopped green chillies, very little cumin and coriander pd do not add too much of it, a little garam masala powder, tomato puree and whisked yogurt mix it properly fry till the oil oozes out next add to it sliced mushroom and mix it properly add very little water and cook for 2min . garnish with coriander leave and serve it with phulka, but do not forget Zaika Pakwan is all about inspiring others to cook so please post your recipes cooking tips can benefit from your great cooking.
